Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By signing up for Zelpyy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Zelpyy provides an AI-powered voice receptionist that answers inbound calls on behalf of your business, qualifies callers, and sends you SMS summaries. You are assigned a dedicated proxy phone number for this purpose.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate business information during onboarding
  • You are responsible for how Zelpyy represents your business to callers
  • You must comply with all applicable laws regarding automated voice systems and call recording in your jurisdiction, including notifying callers that they may be speaking with an AI
  • You must not use Zelpyy for any illegal purpose

4. Billing

Zelpyy is billed at $99/month. Your subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Zelpyy relies on third-party infrastructure providers and their outages may affect service. We are not liable for missed calls due to service interruptions.

6. Limitation of liability

Zelpyy is provided as-is. We are not liable for any lost business, missed leads, or damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 30 days.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms others. You may cancel at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
